  Very disappointing stay, Don't believe any pictures you see on their website as the reality of it is polar opposite. The bedroom was very small and it was the first bedroom as you enter the front door. It was the longest and most uncomfortable night we ever had as we couldn't sleep with the traffic noise: train, cars and trucks and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The Shower was terrible with curtains separating toilet and shower and on the bottom they were both filthy . The Bath towels smelt awful as though they were simply dried rather then washed. After all we said lets keep positive because maybe the breakfast will make it up for the room. For Breakfast we had self service and the choices were white or brown slice bread with McDonald's like little jams and there were only 3 small slices of ham in a plate for all guests to share with no a black tea bags just peppermint tea. The customer service didn't care about anything. We regret out stay here and for $200 a night it was way overpriced for the rubbish it was.

  This place is great. Cosy, quiet warm atmosphere, open fire port & chocolate. Can't go wrong.

  I was in Mount Victoria for the weekend with a friend. We ate here and were thoroughly impressed by the service with the hosts making us feel incredibly welcome with an almost family feel. The restaurant was charming with a log fire and an intimate feel. Tad pricey but the food was excellent. Will be recommending and returning next time.
